Shellie Bready is a tax lien and tax deed expert. She got started in investing about 15 years ago and a couple of years ago developed a niche where she goes in and buys tax deeds and tax
liens. She became an insurance adjuster and a storm chaser and began following storms in 2013 and landed in Atlanta. She ended up working seven days a week 33 months straight at a
catastrophe center in Atlanta and realized there was a need for housing for catastrophe workers and opened her first business Adjuster Housing USA.
